Adaptive Management for the River Murray

Under the new management system of the Murray Darling Basin Authority, the Authority will be responsible for delivering agreed amounts of water to each of the States, and each State needs to develop internal management systems for the water they have to manage.

South Australia is in the early stages of developing a management system for the River Murray. The Department of Water Land and Biodiversity Conservation are seeking expert input into the design of the system.
