Water Industry Placements

ICE WaRM (the International Centre of Excellence in Water Resource Management) offers students undertaking the ICE WaRM Master of Water Resources Management degree the option of completing an industry placement.  ICE WaRM is keen to hear from any water-industry related partners interested in taking on one of our students.

The Masters students are a mixture of domestic and international students. They will have completed one year full-time of coursework studies and at this point they may choose to undertake an industry project, which will count towards their degree programme. The Project

The project could be on a topic of current concern to the host organisation or be part of an on-going internal research and development programme or be something mutually agreed upon between the host organisation, student and home university. Students currently interested in undertaking a project have expressed interests in topics such as the extraction and analysis of pollutants and contaminants in water, microfiltration, sanitation/ wastewater management and treatment, and water planning.
