Yellow River delegation completes study tour

In 2009, ICE WaRM conducted a very successful Professional Development Programme for 19 mid-career professionals from the Yellow River Conservancy Commission (YRCC) over a period of about 8 months. This programme was funded through the AusAID Australian Leadership Awards Fellowships programme. As part of that programme, ICE WaRM conducted an evaluation study programme for senior YRCC managers. First Australian EU-AU scholar arrives home

Brett Ibbotson, the first Australian student to be awarded an Australia-European Union exchange scholarships, has returned after five months studying at the Technische Universiteit in Delft (TU Delft) in the Netherlands.

ICE WaRM has unveiled details of its 2010 short course training programmes – including Australian Water Industry Essentials, Hydraulics and Hydrology for Non-Engineers, Policy and Governance and River and Floodplain Modelling.

International Scholarships available

Applications for ICE WaRM’s international scholarships for the Master of Water Resources Management programme are open until the 26th February, 2010 for the July intake.
