Yellow River delegation completes study tour
In 2009, ICE WaRM conducted a very successful Professional Development Programme for 19 mid-career professionals from the Yellow River Conservancy Commission (YRCC) over a period of about 8 months. This programme was funded through the AusAID Australian Leadership Awards Fellowships programme. As part of that programme, ICE WaRM conducted an evaluation study programme for senior YRCC managers.
